These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ivory.aoarose.com, its subdomains, associated documentation, and all digital assets published by AOArose in connection with The Ivory Index. Access constitutes unconditional acceptance.

1.1These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Imperial Eminence Cyberguard Corporation ("IECC", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the entity responsible for licensing, hosting, and operating all digital infrastructure associated with The Ivory Index and AOArose.
1.2By accessing ivory.aoarose.com, tcshaksham.imperialecc.com, or any associated digital property, or by downloading or using The Ivory Index Software, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and unconditionally accept these Terms.
1.3If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
1.4We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version shall be posted on our website. Continued use following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article II
Description of Services
2.1AOArose provides The Ivory Index, an offline AI-powered university admissions preparation desktop application, together with associated documentation, a public-facing website, and related educational resources (collectively, the "Services").
2.2The Services are designed as preparation aids only. They do not constitute professional educational consulting, legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service.
2.3We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice and without liability to you.
Article III
User Obligations and Conduct
3.1You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
3.2You represent and warrant that all information you provide in connection with the Services is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
3.3You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your use of the Services, including the content of any applications, essays, or documents prepared using the Services.
3.4You shall not attempt to probe, scan, test, or compromise the security of the Services, or use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Services.

AI Output and Admissions Disclaimer
Critical Disclaimer
University admissions decisions are made exclusively by the respective institutions. AOArose makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding admission outcomes, scholarship awards, visa outcomes, or any other consequential decision arising from use of the Services.
4.1All AI Output generated by the Software is produced by locally-running language models and represents probabilistic text generation. Such output may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, hallucinated facts, or content that is inconsistent with your actual academic record.
4.2You are solely responsible for verifying, reviewing, editing, and taking personal ownership of any content submitted to any educational institution, government authority, scholarship body, or employer.
4.3The Services do not guarantee, predict, or imply any particular probability of admission to any institution. Acceptance rates, selectivity ratings, and similar data provided by the Software are drawn from publicly available historical datasets and may not reflect current institutional practices.
Article V
Intellectual Property
5.1All content on ivory.aoarose.com and within the Software — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of AOArose or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent from AOArose.
5.3The trademarks "The Ivory Index", "AOArose", "Voidreign", and "Imperial ECC" are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

Third-Party Services and Links
6.1The Software may reference or link to third-party websites, university portals, or scholarship platforms. AOArose does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website.
6.2The Software uses Ollama, an open-source AI runtime, to facilitate local language model inference. AOArose is not affiliated with Ollama and accepts no responsibility for Ollama's availability, performance, or outputs.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
7.1THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AOAROSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AOAROSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION IS NOT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION, AOAROSE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR FOR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION.

Governing Law · Contact
8.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. The Ivory Index is operated by IECC or its designated operating entity. IECC's corporate registration is subject to finalisation upon official commercial launch, at which point jurisdictional domicile shall be publicly confirmed.
8.2 Zero-Fee Disclaimer.The Services are provided at no monetary cost. No fees are charged, no subscriptions collected, and no payment of any kind is received from Users. The Licensor assumes no commercial liability in connection with the gratuitous provision of a pre-commercial service. Where consumer protection law applies only to paid transactions, it does not apply to these Services as currently offered.
